STS Tote Rentals — Terms of Service

STS Tote Rentals

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rental of totes from STS Tote Rentals ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking, receiving, or using a rented tote, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Rental Agreement

By renting a tote from STS Tote Rentals, you agree to these Terms of Service. Rentals are provided for personal or business use as agreed at the time of booking.

2. Rental Period

The standard rental period is 14 days from the date of pickup or delivery. Totes must be returned by 5:00 PM on the 14th day of the rental period.

Totes must be accessible and ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Cleaning of totes upon return is handled by STS Tote Rentals.

3. Payment & Card on File

A valid credit card must be kept on file for the duration of the rental. This card will be used to charge any applicable fees, including damage fees and late fees, as outlined below.

4. Damage Fee

A flat fee of $15 per tote applies if, upon return and inspection, the tote shows:

• A broken or cracked lid or tote body
• Excessive leftover garbage or debris left inside the tote

This fee will be charged to the credit card on file after the tote has been returned and inspected.

5. Late Returns

Totes not returned by the deadline described in Section 2 will incur a late fee of $9 per tote, per day, for each day past the deadline until the tote is returned.

6. Extensions

Customers who notify STS Tote Rentals at least 72 hours prior to the return deadline are eligible to request an extension of the rental period. Extensions are not guaranteed and are granted based on availability.

If a tote has already been reserved for another rental immediately following the Customer's scheduled return date, no extension will be granted, regardless of notice provided.

7. Condition of Totes

Totes are provided in clean, functional condition. Customers agree to return totes in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

8. Changes to Terms

STS Tote Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our rental service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated
