Return & Refund Policy

Damage Fee:

$15 flat fee per tote, charged to the credit card on file after return and inspection. 

Damage includes: :

Broken or cracked lids or tote bodies • Excessive leftover garbage/debris left in the tote. We keep a valid credit card on file for all rentals. 

Return Deadline:

Totes must be returned by 5:00 PM on the 14th day of the rental period. Late Fee $9 per tote, per day, for each day past the deadline. 

Extension Requests:

Notifying us at least 72 hours before the return deadline makes you eligible for an extension — it is not a guarantee. Extensions are granted based on availability. 

No Extension if Already Reserved:

If the tote bundle is already booked for another rental immediately following your return date, we cannot extend your time, even with proper notice.
